In addition, problems with the access authorisations caused difficulties for the security and frustration for the participants. Not to mention a high error rate! But instead of getting discouraged, we developed KEENTIX - ACCREDITATION DIGITAL!

Less Paperwork, More Action!

In a small, dedicated team, we developed an accreditation tool that not only streamlined permissions but also facilitated efficient resource planning. The transformation was noticable when we replaced numerous plastic cards with a single, easily scannable QR code.

Our first significant test came during the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2017 in Lillehammer. The response was positive – no more long waiting times, no unnecessary plastic waste, and improved access control. And also we felt the relief as we saved a significant amount of time.

 

Scheduling, Management & Communication

One System - Multiple Advantages

We swiftly recognized the potential of KEENTIX and its multitude of advantages. The system could also serve as a communication tool, enhancing the efficiency of international productions. We successfully integrated it with other databases to optimize collaboration for large events and ensure seamless operations.

Originally developed for STIHL, we soon realized that other clients had similar needs. Thus, we adapted the system based on insights from international events, propelling its constant evolution forward.

 

Further Milestones

Continuous Refinement

In 2022, we took the next step. KEENTIX was designed to be faster, more user-friendly, and cost-effective. Accreditation without additional hardware and external personnel. Accreditation passes could be stored in Apple or Google Wallet. We offered the flexibility to choose between wristbands and digital passes. KEENTIX became more adaptable and customizable, capable of meeting the diverse requirements of various events. The integration of catering and voucher systems further simplified event logistics, and a significant milestone was achieved when KEENTIX became self-service enabled.

 

The Journey Continues

A Glimpse into the Future

Our efforts bore fruit! The events industry recognized the value of KEENTIX. SWR3, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, the STIHL Media Day, and Baden-Baden Events and more successfully utilized our system. KEENTIX even functions as a stationary solution for the STIHL Brand World. In addition, numerous smaller KEENTIX projects are managed independently by our clients.

Yet, our journey is far from over. What began as a devoted team of four has grown into a larger unit constantly dedicated to further development. We look ahead with great anticipation, eager to continue transforming the events industry sustainably. It fills us with pride to make a significant contribution to this dynamic field.
